Elizabeth Steele Conway, age 58 of Smithville died Tuesday February 26, 2019. She was born in Fort Bragg NC and was preceded in death by her husband Donald Conway and parents, James Steele and Frances Posten Steele. Mrs. Conway was a member of Giles Creek Baptist Church and a devoted wife, and mother.

She is survived by her children, Jennifer Montgomery of Ohio, Robert Benton of Shelbyville, Elizabeth Stinnett of Murfreesboro, Melody Lester and husband Forrest of Smyrna; grandchildren; Autumn, Lauren, Ali, Destiny, Faye, Jaden, Elijah, Kaylee; brothers, Jimmy Steele of Smithville, Robert Steele and wife Rebecca of Nashville, Roger Steele and wife Linda of Hendersonville, David Steele of Murfreesboro; sisters, Margie Calkins of Smyrna, Mary Register and husband Michael of Florida.
