Elisa Elaine Sellers Dover , age 53 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Saturday Sept. 10, 2016. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Alford Bell Sellers Sr., and Susie Louise Gann Sellers. Mrs. Dover was also preceded in death by her sisters, Linda Worthem, Annette Bowen, Patricia Hickman, and a brother, Alford Bell Sellers, Jr.

Mrs. Dover is survived by her husband, Michael Jay Dover of Murfreesboro, TN; daughters, Gina Duke of Murfreesboro, TN, and Tina Duke of Mt. Juliet, TN; son, Johnathon Hickman of Smyrna, TN; sisters, Thelma VanMeter of Smyrna, TN, and Michelle Varden of Manchester, TN; and six grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna, with Bro. Dwight Smitty officiating. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Dover was a member of Liberty in Christ Church and was a homemaker.
