Eleanor Cooksey, age 88 of Nashville, died Monday, March 4, 2019 at Belmont Village Senior Living in Nashville. She was a native of Columbia, Tennessee and a daughter of the late Jessie and Sara Rittenberry Lamar.

Survivors include nephews, Bill Worley of Murfreesboro, Tony Worley of Nashville, Barry Worley of Fairview, Ronnie Maxwell of Yorktown, Virginia and a host of other loving family and friends.

Mrs. Cooksey was a member of the Jehovah's Witness faith and retired as an operator with AT&T.
