Elaine Johnson Tyree, age 60 of Murfreesboro died Tuesday. She was a native of Rutherford County and was the daughter of the late, Alexander Andrew Johnson and Ovie Joe Johnson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James "Bubba" Tyree.

Mrs. Tyree is survived by her children, James Thomas Tyree, Kenneth Dwain Tyree and wife Paula, Monica Currey, Jeremiah "J.T." Tyree all of Murfreesboro; 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Tina Bain, Penny Tidwell, Debra Stanley, Ocie and Mable Bain.
