Edna Bell Warrick Brewer, age 93 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Wednesday May 6, 2015. A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Rosie Brewer Warrick. She was also preceded in death by her step mother Lou Ella Warrick, husband Joseph Onzie Brewer who died in 1992, sons, Kenneth Brewer, Charles "Buddy" Brewer, and Randal Brewer, and by her daughters, Dorothy Thompson, and Betty Ruth Jacobs, two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Brewer was also preceded in death by brothers, Isaac and Raymond Warrick, and sisters, Hattie Mai Long, Mary Lou Gowan, Azilee Boner, and Mattie Lou Tucker. Mrs. Brewer is survived by a daughter, Darlene McCrary of Smyrna, TN; sons, Henry Brewer of Murfreesboro, TN, Curtis Brewer and his wife Alma of Milton, TN, and James Brewer and his wife Debbie of Murfreesboro, TN; sister, Eleanor Lynn of Morrison, TN; 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Smyrna with Brother Danny Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Brewer was a member of the Wilson Line Baptist Church and a retired seamstress.
