Mrs. Mary "Earline" Hackney, age 82, of Beechgrove, TN went to be with the Lord Friday, September 3, 2021. She was born in Nashville, TN to the late Morgan Lee and Earsie Mae Holder Meadors. Mrs. Hackney retired from the cafeteria at LaVergne High School. She was a faithful member of Lakewood Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hackney is survived by her husband of 64 years, Walter Hackney; children, Pamela Brownlee of Beechgrove and Phillip Hackney of Murfreesboro, TN; five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family will be Monday, September 6, 2021 from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 12:00noon at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
