Douglass Culsey Fouts, age 63 of Murfreesboro, Tennessee died Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Ashland, Kentucky, raised in Murfreesboro, and was a son of the late Dalton and Leola Fouts. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Fouts.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Starrett-Fouts; three children, Leanne, Bennett, and Mary Fouts, all of Murfreesboro; siblings, Gary Fouts and wife Brenda of New Hampshire, Colleen Lumpkin of Murfreesboro, Deborah Coburn of Nashville, Duane Fouts of Murfreesboro, Tim Fouts and wife Madeleine of Nashville; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Douglass was a graduate of MTSU and worked as a sales support representative for Churchill Mortgage.

A memorial gathering with the family will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro.
