Mr. Doug Renfroe, age 62, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016. He was born in Atlanta, GA to the late Jasper Lambert and Erika Vahldieck Renfroe. Mr. Renfroe was employed as a sporting goods manufacturer's representative. He received several awards throughout his career. Mr. Renfroe was instrumental in bringing Dixie Youth baseball to the area and later served as the local president. He was an avid sports fan especially when it came to Alabama football.

Mr. Renfroe is survived by his wife of almost 35 years, Carolyn Renfroe; children, Stephanie Renfroe and Eric Renfroe of Murfreesboro; siblings, Burton Renfroe and his wife Nancy of Lawrenceville, GA, Iris Drake and her husband John of Grayson, GA, Crystal Mosgrove and her husband David of Columbia, SC; nieces and nephews, Rob Drake and his wife Merideth of Dacula, GA, Ryan Drake of Grayson, GA, Erin Fountain and her husband Stephen of Braselton, GA, Chris Renfroe of Phoenix, AZ, Michael Mosgrove of San Francisco, CA, Matthew Mosgrove of Atlanta, GA; great-nieces and nephews, Emma and Drake Fountain of Braselton, GA and Shelby Claire and Savannah Drake of Dacula, GA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant son, Adam Douglas Renfroe.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 12:00noon at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Rev. John Drake and Rev. Stephen Fountain will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
