Dortha "Dot" Morgan Cooper Ragsdale, age 76 of Smyrna died Tuesday August 4, 2015. She was a native of Warren County and was member of Jefferson Pike Church of Christ. She was a retired teacher and had taught on many different levels most recent 3rd Grade at Waldron Jr. School. She is survived by her children, Michael Morgan Cooper and wife Sheila of LaVergne, Cindy Reed and husband Tony of LaVergne, Porsha Biester and husband Ricky of Portland; mother, Rose Tittsworth Morgan; grandchildren, Jeffery Reed, Morgan Liddle and husband Chris, Michael Austin Cooper; great- grandchild, Ty Biester. Mrs. Ragsdale was preceded in death by her son, Paul Jefferson Cooper; father, James Elbert Morgan; brothers, Paul George Morgan and Billy Walden Morgan. Graveside service will be 11:00AM Friday at Webb Cemetery at Bluff Springs Church of Christ in Warren County. Brother Jimmy Carver will officiate.
