DONNA NANETTE COOK, age 51, of Nashville died suddenly May 27, 2010 of a heart attack. She was a native of Davidson County and the daughter of the late David A. and Clara Beatrice Smith Cook. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Ralph Neal will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Robert Tyler Lewis of Nashville, brother, Tony Cook and his wife Pam of Lavergne, sisters, June Cook Lamb of Smyrna, and Julia Cook Mangrum of Knoxville, and numerous nieces and nephews.
