Donna Lee Chase, age 70 of Smyrna, TN passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 28, 2016, after months of suffering. She was a native of Peekskill, NY, and the daughter of the late Leslie R. and Rosemarie Gilmartin Chase.

Memorial Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Woodfin Memorial Chapel to celebrate her life. Chaplain Joel Reynolds will officiate .

She is survived by her beloved daughters, Robin Kalata of Smyrna, TN, and Karen Kalata of Las Vegas, NV, and her beloved son, John David Kalata of Las Vegas, NV. Also survived by her brother, Leslie T. Chase of Murfreesboro. Her grandchildren, Danielle, Aimee, Michael, Justin, William, and great grandchildren, Noah and Cyrus will miss her dearly.

Ms. Chase was loved immensely by her family. Her life was dedicated to her parents, her grandmother, her children, and her grandchildren.
