Donna Blanks, age 55, of Smyrna, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 27, 2018. A native of Rutherford County, she was preceded in death by her parents, William E. and Lorene E. Christopher Blanks.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Brother Terry Campbell will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Blanks; brothers, Aubrey Blanks and his wife Valerie, and Michael Blanks; nephew, Rusty Blanks and his wife Desiree; nieces, Amy Heath and MacKenzie Sinvichith and her husband Alex; nephew, Jeremy Crouch; niece, Jessica Nesbitt; and great-nephews and nieces, Austin Heath, Angel Heath, James Veach, and Alanna Blanks.

Donna was a member of Giles Creek Baptist Church. She was employed at the Smyrna Town Center and had also worked at Cumberland Swan. Donna enjoyed the summertime and enjoyed the outdoors. She loved all animals but especially horses and ponies. She could also be found fishing and riding her four-wheeler.

Rusty Blanks, William Scott, Clayton Byrd, Jeremy Crouch, Austin Heath and Jeremy Cope will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
