Donald Andrew Shepherd, age 79, of Nashville, died Tuesday, October 16, 2012. He was a native of Davidson County and the son of the late Granville and Pauline McNabb Shepherd. Private Family Graveside service 1:00pm Friday at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Ann Shepherd, children, Teresa McMiniment of Woodstock, GA, Lisa Gillett of Murfreesboro, David Shepherd of Dallas, GA, grandchildren, Jason Brown of Murfreesboro, Nikki Hill of Clovis, NM, great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Jackson Brown. Mr. Shepherd was a US Navy veteran and was an Industrial Sales Agent before his retirement. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association in his honor.
