Dewayne Cole, age 71, of Murfreesboro, died Thursday, September 01, 2011. He was a native of Harlan, KY and the son of the late Alfred Bean and Clida Crider Cole. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Johnson Cole, sons, Frank (Rachael) Cole of Columbia, Michael (Jana) Cole of Murfreesboro, daughter, Michele (Charlie) Cartwright of Smyrna, brother, Lynn Cole of Knoxville, and grandchildren, Cindel, Monet, Memphis, Layla, and Zoe. Mr. Cole served in the United States Navy and was an avid supporter of the University of Tennessee Volunteers. Memorials may be made to St Jude in his memory.
