Derrick Lee Maynard, age 27 of LaVergne died Wednesday July 13, 2011. He was born in West Virginia and was a member of Grace Church Worship and Community Center in LaVergne. Mr. Maynard worked for McCormick Trucking. He is survived by his wife Lindsey Maynard; children, Emma, Samuel and Dixie; mother, June Waugh and husband Timothy of LaVergne; farther, Mark Ramsey and wife Christine of West Virginia; sisters, Rachael Maynard of Hermitage, Anyah Ashby of LaVergne, Cathy and Brianna Ramsey of West Virginia; brother, Robert Waugh of LaVergne.
