Derek Faulkner, age 58 of Murfreesboro died Sunday February 24, 2019. He was a native of Atlanta, Georgia and was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Baker Mitchell; brothers, Troy and Scott Faulkner.

Derek was Executive Director of Renewed Life Ministries Outreach (RLMO) and was associated with many churches in Rutherford County. He was a member of Family Worship Center in Murfreesboro and a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Derek is survived by his wife of 35 years, Valerie Faulkner; son, Joshua Faulkner and wife Kellie of Washington; grandson, Oliver Grayson Faulkner; father, Billy Faulkner and wife Judi of Georgia.
