Dennis George Letender, age 54, of Smyrna, TN, died Friday, November 25, 2011. He was a native of Pittsburgh, PA and a passionate Steelers Fan. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Diane Lynn Letender and his mother, Dorothy Jedrzejewski Letender. He is survived by his children, Tammy JoAnn (Shawn) Cahill of Murfreesboro, Amy Lynn Letender of Smyrna, Ashley Lynn Letender of Murfreesboro, Dennis Michael Letender of Smyrna, father, George Letender of Pittsburgh, PA, sisters, Yvonne (Earl) Buettner of Pittsburgh, PA, Barbara Fitzgerald of Katy, TX, Janet (Chuck) Tomilson of Port Orange, FL, and eight grandchildren, Karli, Shawn, Trey, Bryson, Zoey, Cassidy, Khloe, and Aiden. Mr. Letender was a Pasteurizer with Dean Foods and the most wonderful loving father to his four children and eight grandchildren. Memorial service will be 7:00pm Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.
