DEMETRA STEELE, age 77 of Lavergne died Thursday, January 14, 2010. She was a native of McKenzie, TN and the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Kathleen Haddock Bogle. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Steele, brothers, Steven and J.K. Bogle, sisters, Mildred Aitleen, Novacine Scott and June Ownby. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00pm Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna, TN and from 4:00 until 8:00pm Sunday at McKenzie Funeral Home, McKenzie, TN. Funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday at McKenzie Funeral Home, McKenzie, TN. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, McKenzie, TN.
