Mrs. Delores O'Dell Payne, age 77, of Smyrna, TN passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016. She was born in Antioch, TN to the late O'Dell and Virginia Bruce Tharpe. Mrs. Payne was a Christian and loved animals, especially horses.

She is survived by her three sons, Monte Payne of Smyrna, Lonnie Payne and his wife Teresa of Manchester, TN, and Johnny Payne of Smyrna; daughter, Jennie Patterson and her husband Bobby of Smyrna; four grandchildren, Nicole, Rachel, Jonathan, and Dakota; and three great-grandchildren, Tara, Little Mark, Logan, and Jordan.

Visitation with the family will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 from 12:00noon until 2:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 2:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow at Mapleview Cemetery.
