Debbie Ann Rumsey age 55 of Murfreesboro, passed away Tuesday March 18, 2014. A native of Mesa, Arizona she was the daughter of the late Jerald and Betty Jameson Hall. She was also preceded in death by her daughter; Candice Ann Marie Rumsey. Mrs. Rumsey is survived by her husband of 30 years; Larry Rumsey, her children; Marissa Rumsey, Faith Hallauer, Kalob Hallauer all of Murfreesboro, Dama Rumsey of Georgia, Ryan Rumsey of Washington, and Lisa Smith of Memphis. She is also survived by her sisters; Cindy Looney and her husband Clayton of Smyrna, Tammy DeWitt and her husband Jerry of Arkansas, Sheila Brockhaus and her husband Donny of Indiana, and her brother; Larry Pannell and his wife Tracy of Ashland City.
