Deborah Jane St. Bernard Johnson , age 69 of Christiana, TN, passed away Friday December, 23, 2016. A native of Cleveland, OH, she was the daughter of the late George Frederick and Olive Ann Jedlicka St. Bernard. Mrs. Johnson was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Johnson who died in 2014.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her sister, Barbara Funkhouser of Haines City, FL; niece, Ann Bradley, and her husband David of Haines City, FL; nephews, Ronald Funkhouser, and his wife Paige of St. Simons Island, GA, and Timothy Hearon, and his wife Amy of Chico, CA; great nieces, Kristen Sarich and Coralynn Rea Hearon; great nephews, Eric, Drew, Colon, and Matthew Funkhouser, and Westin and Garrison Hearon.

A Celebration of Life will be Thursday January 5, 2017, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until the 7:00 PM service.

Mrs. Johnson was the director of the Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Services in Murfreesboro where she served for 30 years before her retirement in October, 2016.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Domestic Violence, P. O. Box 2652, Murfreesboro, TN 37133-2625 in memory of Mrs. Johnson.
