David Roberts, age 51 of Fayetteville, Tennessee died Saturday, March 14, 2025, at St. Thomas West in Nashville. He was a native of Nashville, Tennessee and was a son of the late Garnet and Judith Ann Roberts.

He is survived by his wife, Penny Kent; children, David and Meagan Roberts; stepchildren Brandon Baxter, Donnie Kent, Amber Kent, and Trevor Kent; and 11 grandchildren.

David was a truck driver for 30+ years. He enjoyed playing music and he was a talented drummer. He loved to talk and hang out with his family and friends. He enjoyed tractor pulling and riding horses. He was an old school trucker and a simple man.

A gathering of friends and family will be 2:00 until 4:00pm Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Woodfin Funeral Chapels and an online guestbook is available for the Roberts family at www.woodfinchapel.com.
