David Wayne Church, age 43 of Smyrna, TN, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021. He was born in Murfreesboro, TN, and preceded in death by his dad, Mark Allen Durham.

David is survived by his son, David Wayne Church, II of Wartrace, TN; daughters, Amber Church of Shelbyville, TN and Autumn Church of Unionville, TN; mother, Becky Wolfe Durham of Smyrna, TN; brother, Matt Church of Mt. Juliet, TN; mother of his children, Nancy Church of Unionville, TN; grandchildren, David Wayne Church, III and Hazel Sage Makos.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Mapleview Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.

David was of the Baptist faith and worked in construction.
