DAVID CHAMBERS, age 50, of Murfreesboro, died Oct. 23, 2009 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center. He was a native of Boaz, AL. A memorial service will be held Monday at 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with his mother-in-law, Carolyn Braddy officiating. David is survived by his wife, Ann Chambers; step son, Corey Harper, Edinburgh, Scotland; parents, Ken and Betty Chambers, Murfreesboro and Molly and Gary Whaley, Murfreesboro; brothers, Donnie Chambers, Gulf Shores, AL, Ron Joe Whaley, Murfreesboro, and Jesse Chambers, Murfreesboro; and sister, Sara Chambers, Murfreesboro. David was a graduate of Oakland High School, and Middle Tennessee State University where he was a member of Kappa Alpha Order. David was Associate Director of Financial Aid at Middle Tennessee State University. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 8:00 pm Sunday and 6:00 until 7:00 pm Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
