Darlene Langford, age 60, of Smyrna died Thursday, March 19, 2009 at her home. She was born in Baltimore, Md. and was the daughter of the late Paul & Doris McAfee DeBoeser. She is survived by her husband, James Percy Langford; daughter, Dawn (Tim) Graham of Murfreesboro; son, James (Melanie) Langford, Jr., of Smyrna; brother, Gary DeBoeser of New Jersey; sister, Dorthea (Clyde) Sprinkle of Shelbyville, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10 am Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Kyle Goen officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn. Visitation with the family will be 2-6 pm Sunday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Mrs. Langford was a member of Life Point Church and a retired employee of Whirlpool. She was preceded in death by her step daughter, Kerrie Langford, her brothers, Charles DeBoeser, Paul DeBoeser, Jr., Ricky DeBoeser and Allen DeBoeser.
