On Tuesday, December 25, 2018, Cynthia Eslick Davidson, loving mother and grandmother of four, passed away at age 74.
Cynthia was born on September 20, 1944, in Rome, Georgia, to Gordon and Elizabeth Street. She received her MBA from NYU in 1982, and worked as a stockbroker in the Empire State Building for five years.
Cynthia moved to South Florida in 1987 and resided there until two months before her death, at which time she moved to Murfreesboro to be closer to family.
Cynthia had a passion for astrology. She spent many years studying the planets' alignment and how it affected individuals' lives. She came alive when someone had this shared interest and was eager to share her knowledge. Her favorite things in life were her grandchildren, beautiful ocean water, delicious food cooked just right, and the color pink.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Elizabeth. She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth (Brett) Ledford, her son-in-law, Derrick, and their four children, Kennedy, Sloan, Alex and Asher. She is also survived by her brother, Bill Street, his wife Faye, and their children, Bucky and Mindy.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 12th, 2019, at Woodfin Chapel in Murfreesboro. Visitation will be from 10:00AM -10:30AM , with a service directly following
