Mrs. Crystal "Crissy" Dawn Jacobs Dales, age 50, of Woodbury, TN passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022. She was born in Murfreesboro, TN to the late Robert M. and Betty Ruth Brewer Jacobs. Crissy worked as a clerk for the Town of Smyrna, TN. She enjoyed gardening, decorating, and her chickens. Crissy watched Yellowstone and was enthusiastic at Christmas and other holidays.

Crissy is survived by her daughters, Caylee Danielle Porter of Murfreesboro, Megan Alexandria Dales of Readyville, TN, and Danielle Nikole Dales of Cookeville, TN; sister, Casey Rhinehart and her husband Will of Murfreesboro; nephew, Lane Rhinehart; niece, Macie Rhinehart; and beloved cat, Simba.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, May 6, 2022 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 6, 2022 at 2:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
