Colleen Joyce Manantan, fondly called "Scooter", age 80, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2014. She was born in Smithfield, Ontario, Canada and was the daughter of the late Millard and Rita Hart MacKenzie. She is survived by her son Charles Manantan and his wife Tracy of Arizona; daughters Deborah Dial and her husband Eddie of Smyrna, Janet Jean Slakat of California and Christine Joan Gilbert of Colorado; two brothers Kenneth MacKenzie and his wife Barbara and Larry MacKenzie and his wife Phyllis all of Ontario, Canada; fourteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren. A memorial service celebrating her life will be 2:00pm, Saturday, August 2, 2014 at Miracle Baptist Church, 5361 Murfreesboro Road, LaVergne, TN (615)793-7011.Brother Todd Kirkland will officiate.
