Clessie R. "Cless" Vinson, age 95 of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 20024. Born in Nashville, TN, he was the son of the late James Clessie Vinson and Bomer Scurlock Vinson. Mr. Vinson was also preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Cagle Vinson, his sister Shirley, daughter, Theresa Vinson Treadway, and grandchild, Shannon Andrew Treadway.

Mr. Vinson is survived by his daughter, Vicki G. Vinson and her husband David Roach of Nashville, TN; stepdaughter, Mitzi Beasley and her husband Tommy of Murfreesboro, TN; stepson, Terry Minton and his wife Stephanie of Woodbury, TN; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The burial will be in Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville, TN.

Mr. Vinson was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Farrer Brother's Ace Hardware in Murfreesboro.
