CLARA LEE CAMPBELL, age 67 of Smyrna died Saturday April 25, 2009 at home. She was a native of Davidson County and the daughter of the late Carlton and Mae Deal. She was a member of Florence Road Church of Christ, and was retired from Department of Veteran Affairs. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Luther Campbell; children, Patti (Keith) Newman of Florida, Pam (Eddy) Cole of Smyrna, Troy (Laree) Campbell of Smyrna; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; sister, Sandra Loggins of North Carolina; step-mother, Ruby Deal of Nashville. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Wednesday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with Marion West officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
