CLAIBORN BUDDY HARRELL age 74 of Murfreesboro, died Friday May 25, 2012. A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Claiborn J. and Flossie McCarroll Harrell. He was preceded in death by his son Mark Harrell, and three sisters Mary Stroop, Clara Lehew, and Linda Smith. Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, with Brother Joel Woodside officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, with his nephews serving as pallbearers. Mr. Harrell is survived by his wife of 51 years, Becky Harrell, daughter Melissa Harrell of Murfreesboro, five grandchildren, Samuel Harrell, Seth Harrell, Shelby Harrell, Colby Howland, and Corey Howland. He is also survived by three sisters, Deloris Mansfield of Murfreesboro, Nancy Hurst of Nashville, and Claytie Hannigan of Texas. Mr. Harrell was a member of Bridge Avenue Church of Christ and Murfreesboro Shriners Club, and also was the owner of Buddy Harrell Bonding. Visitation will be 4:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday with a Masonic Service at 7:00 pm at Woodfin Funeral Chapel.
