CHRISTINE BILLINGSLEY ANDERSON, age 90, of Murfreesboro, Tn. died Saturday, June 6, 2009 at Middle Tn. Medical Center. She was born in Pikeville, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Tom & Lois Hodge Billingsley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virble Anderson who died in 1987. She is survived by her sister, Johnnie Shannon of Brentwood, Tn. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services 1 pm Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Charles Mullins officiating. Visitation with the family will be 3-8 pm Monday. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her brothers, Conway Billingsley and Neal Billingsley and her sisters, Josephine Swafford and Billie Billingsley. Mrs. Anderson was a member of Cason Lane Church of Christ and the former owner and operator of Anderson Motels.
