Mr. Charles "Charlie" Edward Fletcher, age 85, of LaVergne, TN passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021. He was born in Burkesville, KY to the late Bedford and Anna Jewel Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher proudly served in the United States Army. He and his wife obtained their pilots licenses in their free time. Mr. Fletcher was a faithful member of Southside Church of Christ in Smyrna, TN.

Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife of 48 years, Lois Fletcher; sons, Charles "Chuck" Fletcher of LaVergne and Philip Fletcher and his wife Mercedes of San Antonio, TX; brothers, David Fletcher and his wife Jan and Morris Fletcher and his wife Susan; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Fletcher and Daryl Fletcher.

Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 3:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will take place in Tompkinsville, KY.
