Charlene Dotson Mullins, age 74, of Murfreesboro, TN, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 1, 2017. A native of Robertson County, TN, she was preceded in death by her father, Bailey Dotson; her mother, Katherine Dotson King; and sister, Linda Tew.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Brother Herb Alsup will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her husband, Charles R. Mullins; children, Jeff Mullins and his wife Kim, Tim Mullins and his wife Shelley, and Kathy Oxley and her husband Jimmy all of Murfreesboro; grandchildren, Erin Mullins, Jackson Oxley, Abby Mullins, Max Oxley, and Charlie Oxley all of Murfreesoro; brother, Gordon King of Murfreesboro; and sister, Brenda Scott of Murray, KY.

Mrs. Mullins  was a member of Florence Church of Christ.

Jeff Vance, Mark Andrews, Ricky Greer, Clay Claxton, Mark Tew, Jackson Oxley and Max Oxley will serve as pallbearers.

Memorials in memory of Mrs. Mullins can be made to the Murfreesboro Alive Hospice.

Visitation will be Monday, September 4, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
