Charlene McMinn Childress age 82 of Murfreesboro, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday September 19, 2013. A native of Martin,Tennessee she was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Ollie Boyte McMinn. She is also preceded in death by five brothers; Lewis Ray McMinn,Dent McMinn,Joe McMinn, Leon McMinn, Hubert McMinn, and a sister; Robbie McNatt. Mrs. Childress is survived by her husband of 59 years; Robert Childress, daughters; Candee McGreevy of Murfreesboro, Carol Ruckart and her husband Steve of Murfreesboro,three grandchildren;Rachel Wiles and her husband Brad, Katelyn Fuson and her husband Chad, Adam McGreevy, and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Childress was a member of Hillview Baptist Church, and was retired from Lifeway Christian Resources..
