Carolyn Sue Collins, age 83 of Smyrna, passed away Sunday September 21, 2025. Sue was born in Morehead, Kentucky, on April 13, 1942 but spent her entire life in Southern Ohio before moving to Tennessee in October 2021. She lived with her daughter and son-in-law for three years and spent her last year at Life Care at Hickory Woods in Antioch, Tennessee.

Sue was a huge fan of Fox News, which she watched constantly. She loved golf – even though she never played - and her favorite golfer was Tiger Woods. She also enjoyed watching college and professional football. The Ohio State Buckeyes were her favorite college team, and she loved cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Sue was preceded in death by her husband Roy Collins who passed in 2005, also by her parents, Daniel B. Hall and Georgia Katherine Lee Hall, both of West Portsmouth, Ohio. She is survived by her best friend, Kim Dever, and her husband, Carl Dever and their children who she considered her grandkids, Jordan Dever and Nathan Dever.

Mrs. Collins was a believer, giving her heart to Jesus on October 8, 2024. She was witty and funny, and will forever be missed by her daughter, Tracy Turner, and her son-in-law, John Turner
