Carma Nell Smith, age 79 of Smyrna, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Byron and Mary Bell Murphy. She was also preceded in death by her husband Wendell Smith; daughters, Diane Graves and Anna Marie Nipper.

Mrs. Carma is survived by her son, Joseph Frank Graves and his wife Carolyn; grandchildren, Morgan Nipper, Michael Graves and his wife Jennifer, Tyler Graves and his wife Krista, Misty Barnett, Mary Beth Abbitt, Timothy Schuette, Willie Abbitt, and Jimmy Keeling; and 12 great grandchildren.

She was a member of River of Life Church in Smyrna. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Visitation with the family will be Friday, November 8 ^th , 2019 from 2:00-6:00. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 9 ^th , 2019 at 11:00 AM, all at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
