CARL FRANKLIN McKENZIE age 77 of Murfreesboro, TN, died Saturday August 8, 2009. A native of Coffee County, he was the son of the late Robert Evans and Irene Harden McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie is survived by his wife; Betty Halliburton McKenzie, brothers; Everett Allen McKenzie of Jackson, MI and Bobby Lee (Sherry) McKenzie of Clifton, VA. Graveside services will be 10:00AM Tuesday at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Ken Halliburton officiating. Mr. McKenzie was a US Air Force veteran during the Korean Conflict and a Methodist. . He was retired from Middle Tennessee Medical Center after 39 years as Chief of the X-Ray Department. Pallbearers will be Don Hatmaker, Hunter and Greg Fite, Bob Halliburton, Eric, Paul and Trevor Cook, Chase Pendergast, and Ernie Brown.
