Camillus Brennus Huggins, V, born on September 22, 1961, passed away on February 15th, 2016.
He is survived by his sons, Camillus Brennus Huggins, VI, and Jonathan Warwick Huggins of Roanoke, Virginia. In addition, he is survived by his sister, Susan Huggins Chandler, her husband, Bleakley, two nephews, Arthur Bleakley Chandler, III, and Edward Ford Molloy Chandler, and a niece, Elizabeth Murfree Chandler, all of Augusta, Georgia.
After attending Campus School in Murfreesboro and Webb School in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, he enrolled in The University of the South, where he graduated with a BA in 1984. In 1987, he earned his MS in Hydrogeology from The University of Kentucky.
Bren worked for a number of well-respected environmental consulting firms before starting his own company, Huggins and Associates, which later became Huggins, Faulkner and Flynn.
Later, he received a call to the ministry and enrolled in the School of Divinity at The University of the South. He studied there from 2000-2001.
Bren was a passionate outdoorsman and took great pleasure in hunting and fly-fishing. He also loved listening to music and playing his guitar.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Murfreesboro or to the Geology Department at Sewanee, The University of the South.
A graveside service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on Friday, February 19th at 1:00 p.m. After the service, friends and family are invited to a reception at the home of Newton and Charlotte Molloy at 2226 Northwoods Drive in Murfreesboro.
