Buford Doris Waggoner, Jr. age 68 of LaVergne, TN died Wednesday September 14, 2011. He was born in Davidson County and was preceded in death by his parents, Buford Doris Waggoner Sr. and Mary Kate Wampler; son, John Waggoner. Mr. Waggoner was Church of Christ and member of McWhirtersville Masonic Lodge # 375 and Shrine. He was a Design Aerospace Engineer with many different Aerospace companies and was a talented and gifted silversmith. He is survived by his wife Karen Waggoner; sons: Bill Pearl and wife Maria of Colorado, BrianWaggoner and wife Mandy of Madison, Bradley Waggoner of LaVergne, James Waggoner and wife Katie of Smyrna; 10 grandchildren,and one great-granddaughter. Funeral service will be 2:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel Smyrna with Father Ray Kasch officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
