Briston Reed, age 26 of Murfreesboro, TN died Monday, August 25, 2025. He was a native of Nashville and was a son of Randy and Rhonda Reed of Murfreesboro.

In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother, Bryson Reed; maternal grandmother, Katherine Raleigh and husband Ben; a niece, Marilyn; special friends, Peyton Harvey, Mo Mukahal, Chase Daniel, Blake Smith, Emma Bishop; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Briston was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronnie Dale Waddell, and paternal grandparents, Frank and Robbie Reed.

He was a 2017 graduate of Stewarts Creek High School, worked for Humerick Environmental Construction as a heavy equipment operator, and loved drag bike racing.

Visitation with the Reed family will be Sunday, August 31, 2025, from 2:00 until 6:00pm at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Funeral services will be 11:00am on Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Burial will follow in Thyatira Cemetery in Cannon County with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
