BRETON RUSKIN ROBBINS SR. age 92 of Murfreesboro, died Friday November 18, 2011. A native of Dillon County, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Bascom and Mary Dew Robbins. Mr. Robbins is survived by his wife of 65 years Valerie Smoak Robbins, Son Breton R. (Karen) Robbins Jr. of Alpharetta, GA., Daughter Cindy (Ron) Gossett of Murfreesboro, and his two Grandchildren Dr. Rachel (Kevin) Robbins-McGuirk of Washington D.C., and Breton R. Robbins III of Norfolk, Virginia. Mr. Robbins was a World War II veteran serving in the United States Army. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. until memorial service at 6:00 p.m. Monday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Don Fanning will officiate.
