Brandy Alysia Denton age 34 of Mt. Juliet, TN, passed away Wednesday December 21, 2011. She was a native of Rutherford County, and was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles R. Denton Sr. Brandy is survived by her son, Justin Smith; parents, Phillip and JoAnn Barrett Denton; brother, Cory Denton all of Mt. Juliet, TN; grandparents, Bill and Frances Barrett of Murfreesboro, TN, Kathleen Kathy Denton of Mt. Juliet, TN; aunts and uncle, Charlie and Cheryl Denton of Rockvale, TN, Pam and Ron Johnson of Mt. Juliet, TN, Mary and Boyd Agee and James Barrett of Murfreesboro, TN. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Friday at Woodfin Funeral Chapel, Smyrna with Rev. Milton Hicks officiating. Entombment will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Brandy was a member of Living Springs Baptist Church and was employed with Willis Insurance Co. in Nashville.
