Bonita "Bonnie" Woitkowiak is at peace with the Lord beginning August 31, 2014 after a long courageous battle with melanoma and its complications. Due to her strong commitment of faith and traditional family values, she and her husband of 49 years Dennis Woitkowiak have left the following legacy. She is survived by daughters; Jennifer Dines and son-in-law, Mike Nickles, Janette Silverman and son-in-law, Adam Silverman; grandchildren, Laura Ebeling and husband Simon, Amy Altgilbers, Sarah Altgilbers, Elizabeth, Samuel, and Olivia Silverman; great-grandchildren, Amelia-Raye and Sophia Ebeling; Bonnie's faith and appreciation for life was fostered in part the kindness and goodness of her extended family; Her aunt Joanne Pyzik, her sister Georgia Ann Watson and husband Jim ; sister-in-law; Rosemary Orminski and Patricia McMillian, good friend Alice Mosey, many nieces and nephews, cousins. Bonnie realized the importance of learning something new every day and fulfilled her lifelong dream of earing her Bachelor' s of Science Degree summa cum laude from MTSU in May 2010. She loved flower gardening and her family.
