Bobby M. McLain, age 76, of Smyrna, TN, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2019. A native of Adamsville, TN, he was preceded in death by his parents, Sanford and Mazie Tucker McLain.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna. Dr. Dean Sisk will officiate. Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery.

He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Rushing McLain; sisters, Ruby Anderson of Selmer, TN, Wanda Dye and her husband Andy of El Cajon, CA, and June Donnelly of Selmer, TN; brothers, Kenneth McLain of Selmer, TN and Roger McLain of Adamsville, TN; along with many nieces and nephews.

Mr. McLain was a retired Machinist with Greer Stop Nut in Smyrna. He served proudly in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed fishing and volunteering his time at the Smyrna VFW Post 8422.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Woodfin Chapel in Smyrna.
