Blue Sazanne Bolerjack. Age 65 of Smyrna died Tuesday September 13, 2016. She was a native of Centerville, IA and was preceded in death by her father, Robert Cook and son, David Allen Housh, Jr. Mrs. Bolerjack was of the Baptist Faith, a graduate of Seymour High School in Seymour, IA and was a School Bus Driver for Rutherford County.
She is survived by her children, Lesia Pomeroy and husband Eddie of Murfreesboro, Michael Conway of Smyrna, Jacob Bolerjack and wife, Amber of Smyrna; grandchildren, Cody, Katelee, Hailey; mother, Darlene Roberts of Missouri; twin sister, Dee Cox and husband, Jack of Missouri; brother, Ronnie Cook and wife, Cheryl of Missouri; niece, Tersia Rainer of Missouri and host of nieces and nephews and family and friends.
Celebration of life service for Mrs. Bolerjack will be 3:00PM Saturday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
