Mr. Billy Gene Jones, age 60, of Lascassas, TN passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017. He was born in Murfreesboro, TN to the late Chester Leon Jones, Sr. and Margaret Josephine Smithia Jones. Mr. Jones worked for Bridgestone for over 40 years and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

Mr. Jones is survived by his daughters, Rita McCormack and her husband Patrick of Pulaski and Julia Jones and her fiancée Paul Ethridge of Murfreesboro; brother, Ronnie Jones of Murfreesboro; sisters, Regina Price and her husband Gary of Smyrna and Sandra Jones of Murfreesboro; and grandchildren, Trey and Seth Jones, Alyssa, Andrew and, Addison McCormack, and Lily Ethridge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Michael Gene Jones; two brothers, Cecil Jones and Chester Leon Jones, Jr; and a sister, Brenda Finley.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. A celebration of life will be Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 7:00pm at Woodfin Memorial Chapel.
