Billy Joe Harrell born June 11, 1955 died June 28, 2017. He was the son of the late, William and Mary Joe McCullough Harrell. Mr. Harrell worked as a heavy equipment operator at Hoover Inc., Crushed Stone, Asphalt and Paving.

He is survived by his sisters, Judy Brewster and husband Billy Wayne of Smyrna, Rachel Dickson of Murfreesboro; niece Amy Duke of Murfreesboro;  nephews, Jimmy Dickson of Smyrna, Jerry Dickson of Murfreesboro, Raymond Milliken, Jr. of Illinois;  three great-nephews, and four great nieces, and beloved friend, Lisa Phillips of Murfreesboro.
