BILLY ETHRIDGE FITZGERALD age 72 of Smyrna, TN, died Monday at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia. He was a native of Maury County and son of the late Ralph M. and Ila Ethridge Fitzgerald. Funeral services will be 10:30AM Friday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna. Rev. Dan Parker will officiate. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens with full Military Honors. Mr. Fitzgerald is survived by two sons, William Fitzgerald of Spring Hill, TN, and Ralph Clinton Fitzgerald of Jacksonville, FL, two daughters, Catherine Elizabeth Mayfield of Bolivar, TN, and Michelle Moonen of Millington, TN, sisters, Wylodene Pullum and Ernestine Fitzgerald both of Nashville, TN, grandchildren, Jason, James Clinton, and David Fitzgerald, Adam Mayfield, Elizabeth Nicole Howell, Christopher, Haley, and Kelsey Fitzgerald, Kayla and Sarah Lassiter, and six great-grandchildren. Mr. Fitzgerald served in the US army and was a retired machinist with Fred Wright Industries. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
