BILLIE B. RUSSELL, age 79, of Murfreesboro, died October 19, 2013. She was a native of Bruce, MS, and daughter of the late William and Christine Mitchell Blount. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Russell is survived by children, Thomas R. Russell (Gail) of West Memphis, AR, Elizabeth R. Loyd (Jeff) of Murfreesboro, and Christopher A. Russell (Jolene) of Houston, TX; brother, Gary Dale Blount of Kilmichael, MS; grandchildren, Tommy Russell, Jr, Bryan Gibbs, Christopher Russell, Travis Russell, J.B. Gibbs, Harry Loyd, and Maggie Loyd; and 10 great grandchildren. Mrs. Russell was a member of First United Methodist Church and a retired registered nurse.
